-- a messuage with wharf and coal yard in Horne Lane in
St. Paul's parish, Bedford; late occ. Robt. Battisson,
mercht., now Wm. Theed; together with wharves, brinks,
landing-places, yards, coal-yards, etc.;
but except: the malting and kilnhouse, little barn,
little stable and chaisehouse at S. end, and such part
of the yard, including the pump therein, as lies W. of
a line from the SE. corner of the kilnhouse to the
N. end of the great stable; and to extend 3 ft. W.
from front of the great stable.
