Thos Willymote of Card. ymn. or any other pers. for use of
Sir T.S. to be placed in custody of W.F. for use of both
T.S. & W.P.
2. Deeds only concerning farms etc. of wh. T.S. is yet seised to be
delivered to him, rest to be available & prod. when required.
3. When T.S. hath 'sold away or aliened all his lands' in Card.,
all sd. to be delivered to sd. W.P.
