The Ridgmont Fletton Brick Company was an offshoot of the Marston Valley Brick Company, incorporated in 1935. The two companies merged in August 1936. London Brick Company completed their takeover of Marston Valley in 1971. 1935 Built brickworks at Brogborough. 1936 Merged with the Marston Valley Brick Company.
