The room shows a child’s bed in front of Victorian privacy screen, small table dressed with child’s China tea service. Front of image is child’s rocking horse with saddle and reigns. On walls are small cupboard and sampler. Handwritten on rear of image: 'Ken Taylor in the Victorian Nursery (retired fireman) who has worked on the new Cecil Higgins rooms since they opened in June and who would be laid off if money isn’t found to staff the rooms'.
