    In the County of Bedford Petty Sessional Division of Woburn Before the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at The Town Hall in Woburn in the said county (being a Petty Sessional Court) The 28th day of October 1921 Percy Heslington of 4 New Street Elsworth Sandbach in the County of Chester (hereafter called the Defendant) is this day convicted before this court for that he on the 7th day of October 1921 at Hockliffe with in the County of Bedford did unlawfully drive a certain Motor Lorry on a Public Highway there in a manner dangerous to the Public having regards to all the circumstances of the case contrary to the Statue in that ease provided. And it is adjudged that the defendant for his said offence do forfeit and pay the sum of Two Pounds and do also pay the sum of Five Pounds fifteen shillings and four pence for costs forthwith. And in default of payment it is adjudged that he sums due under this adjudication be levied by distress and sale of Defendant’s goods and in default of sufficient distress that the Defendant be imprisoned in His Majesty’s Prison at Bedford in the said County for the space of One Calendar month unless the said sums be sooner paid.
