Previous conviction of Harry Wilson, alias Harry Marshall on 20th October 1910 at Spalding Lincolnshire. He was convicted that on 4th August 1910 he did steal one pair of Mens Boots the goods and chattels of Harold Toplis, sentenced to three months imprisonment with hard labour, witness my hand 24th March 1911 H Chadderton Johnson, Clerk of the Peace for parts of Holland in the County of Lincoln.
