Accidental death - Multiple injuries.
A coach driver, he pulled up on the hard shoulder of the M1 and was speaking to another coach driver whose vehicle was parked behind. A lorry struck the side of the rear coach and also hit the deceased.
Includes police file relating to contemplated prosecution of the lorry driver which was declined by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
