    In the name of God Amen the King on twentieth day of December in the yeare (year) of our Lord God one thousand six hundred ninety nine, I, Thomas Sibley of Eaton Socon in the county of Bedford yeoman being in good health (I praise God for it) doo (do) make on and desire this my last will and testament in manner following and first and choisly I comitt (commit) my soule (soul) into the the hands and protection of allmighty (almightly) God and my body to the earth to be bestowed in Christian buriall (burial) and as for my worldly estate I give and dispose of it as followeth that is to say first I doo (do) nominate and appoint my sonn (son) Gilbert Sibley sole executor of this my will giving him charge to performe (perform) the same and I doo (do) give and devise to him my said son Gilbert Sibley and his heires (heirs) all that my messuage or lordshipp (lordship) house with the rents isuses (issues) proffitts (profits) commodities and all singular the appurtenances and all other my lands tenements and apptonentes (appurtenances) whatsoever in Eaton Socon aforesaid and to his heirs for ever. Also I give to my loving wife all my houses, lands and tennements whatsoever in Hale Weston in the country of Huntingdon for the terme (term) of her naturall (natural) life and after her decease then I give the said houses lands and tennements in Hale Weston aforesaid with theirs and every of theirs apptenentes (appurtenances) unto my three sons Thomas Sibley, John Sibley and Rothams Sibley and their heirs equally to be divided amongst them. Also I give and bequeath to my said wife the sume (sum) of one hundred pounds to be paid her by my said executor within one month after my decease but if my said executor shall refuse or neglect to pay to my said wife the said sume (sum) of one hundred pounds then I give and bequeath all my said houses and lands in Eaton Socon to my said wife for the terme (term) of her naturall (natural) life. Also I give to every one of my grandchildren five shillings a piece and my minde (mind) and will is that my wife shall have what household goods she hath a minde (mind) to take of those of the household goods I leave also I give to my daughter Rachell and Ginney. And my minde (mind) and will is that all my family sons and daughters and their children and grandchildren shall forever hereafter have free liberty to come and bury their dead in the burying place which I have funded in and appointed for a burying place for me and my family in Eaton Socon aforesaid. All the rest of my said goods I give to him my said son Gilbert Sibley. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale (seal) the day and year first above written.
