    In the name of god, Amen to wife Susannah all lands, tenements etc. in Flitton and Westoning, for life, in full discharge of agreement of 7 October 1725 after her death: to son William messuage where testator now lives, in parish of St Mary, Bedford: stock in trade, and cash to value of £300 to two daughters Mary and Susannah messuage etc. in Milton Bryant, mortgages, bonds etc. and all personal estate, equally divided to wife Susannah bed, bedstead and bedding in best chamber of house where testator now lives, and all furniture therein except best chest of drawers and looking glass hanging against wall: £100 executors and trustees for two daughters: brother Ambrose Cooke of Leighton Buzzard, and cousin Ambrose Reddall of Eversholt witnesses: Edward Jones, Richard Reddall, Francis Mason
