Thomas Fraunces of Roxton and his assigns shall be allowed by my feoffees to keep for ten whole years next ensuing after my death the yearly rents coming of my said messuages etc. and also the land and mead[ow] I have in farm of the Prior of Busshemede to pay debts, that is to say he shall retain £20 in four years that I owe him and the residue to go to those I am indebted to After the ten years all my lands and tenements shall remain to William my son and the heirs of his body, and for lack of such issue to Elizabeth Carter my daughter and to her heirs All my timber that I have bought to be hewed and used for repairs of my messuages My wife Katherine shall have her dwelling for her life in the messuage and close that I have leased to the Prior of Busshemede at no charge, and after her death, to revert to son William After ten years son William to have also leasehold property from Prior Thomas Fraunces not to cut down timber or trees or lop them during 10 years After end of 10 years son William to pay yearly to wife Katherine 40s yearly charged on my messuage Son William, son-in-law William Carter and daughter Elizabeth to have from the day of testator's death for ten years the mills in Barford that I lease of the Abbot of Pypwell and the house, land, meadow and pasture belonging to the same in Barford, paying each week during the ten weeks to Kateryn my wife one peck of wheat, one peck of the best rye corn and half a busshel of malt towards her finding, and she shall have also each year for the ten years 13s..8d from son William, and 13s..4d from William and Elizabeth Carter.
