Operative part: (i) above sells property (a) as below to (ii) for £50

(a) 5 poles of land in Salisbury Road with buildings thereon, as shown in pink on included plan. bounded on: E by Salisbury Road, with frontage of 13 feet 8 inches; N by premises of John Cumberland, length 99 feet 6 inches; W land belonging to John Sambrook Crawley, length 13 feet 6 inches; S by premises of Samuel Harris, length 100 feet. Includes right of way of 2 feet 8 inches leading from Salisbury Road to rear of the property as coloured yellow on plan.
Covenants:
- (i) covenants to produce deed of 14 May 1881 to (ii) on demand.
- (ii) covenants to erect a boundary fence along the N side of the property.
