    Recites: RO21/18 Whereas: freehold and copyhold premises hereinafter mentioned were auctioned at Ampthill 15 January last and iv) by his agent, Edward Platt, was declared the highest bidder at £500 Now: consideration: £500 viz. £220 paid by iv) to iii) £150 paid by iv) to iii) for life estate of Mary Wills £130 paid by iv) to ii) and i) i) and ii) release to iv) -several parcels of arable containing 20 acres 3 roods in Millbrook formerly in occupation of Thomas Cartwright, once the lands of Judith Richards and Now in occupation of iii) further: for consideration as aforesaid i) agrees to surrender the following copyhold premises to use of iv) -messuage in Millbrook -pightle of Pasture adjoining, 1 acre -27½ acres arable in Millbrook held of the manor of Millbrook, once the estate of Judith Richards and Now in occupation of iii) Signatures: i) ii) iii) Witnesses: Samuel Davis, Samuel Davis junior
