Scope and Content
i) George Bentham and wife Emma Pellew ii) William Hooper Parker (Emma and William Hooper being the children of John Parker of Kemble) i) and ii) are entitled to a moiety of one 1/5th part of the real estate of John Parker, M.D. and to facilitate the sale of the said estate and to comply with the trusts etc for the separate use and benefit of the said Emma, i) are desirous of assuring their interest in said estate as hereinafter expressed now i) release to ii) - Moiety of 1/5th part of real estate etc devised between children of Alderman William Parker in parishes of St Paul, St Peter and St Mary in Bedford and in Wilstead to be held by ii) on certain trusts for sale etc; Signatures i) and ii) Consent of Emma Endorsed; witnesses Richard M Mount, solicitor, Canterbury, Richard Green, his clerk Theed William Pearse, clerk, Bedford; With certificate of examination and consent of Emma
