    Schedule gives: Number, proprietor, occupier, description, Inclosed arable, Inclosed pasture, Open arable, Open pasture. The land owned by George Brooks is annotated in places by him as which is leasehold on 99 year lease, that which he only holds a 1/3 moiety, etc. This is followed by 'A terrier of Lady Cottons Glebe at Flitwick these taken from Mr Edwd Fairey June 24 1759' and by a list of proprietors and their place of residence. The book was originally used by Ann Brooks for accounts and 'Ann Brooks London 1794' is written on the flyleaf, 24 pages have then been cut out leaving only stubbs. The book has then been turned over and used from the other end for the particulars of the Inclosure.
