On the marriage of Richard Rands and Mary Wilds. -- 2 cottages in Podington, one in the occupation of Susan and Richard Rands, one in the occupation of John Lovell, some part of which was sometime the inheritance of Walter Rands deceased, great grandfather of Richard; the other part purchased by Edward Rands of William Peter; 3 pightles adjoining; land in the fields of Podington in terrier annexed; common for 5 cows and 30 sheep.
