Is glad Miss Bean is better. Had visit from Mrs Humphries and Betsey. Mr Thos. Warner was taken ill at Mrs Simon Warner's funeral and is now dead. Has been busy building for last fortnight and has purchased materials at Easton, late Lord Sussex's, which Lord Northampton is pulling down and selling. Hopes to be in London from 22nd to 25th. Two old swans killed by Warton and mischevious recruits as they passed thro' Turvey into Northamptonshire in cruel manner.
