Bill of complaint John Hatfield Brooks v Robert Wilberforce Bird, George Henry Brooks, Sophia Margaret Myburgh Brooks, Catherine Mary Frances Brooks and Marianne Sophie Eugenie Brooks in chancery. Plaintiff hopes that it may be declared that the benefit intended by the will of John Thomas Brooks ought to be accepted by the plaintiffs and defendants in lieu and substitution for the settlement of £9000 of 30 December 1850.
