I hope now you will be able to get away comfortably. I have been obliged to return Draft to Mr.Benning as he said the Exors were getting fidgetty [sic] about it as they expected the Agreement would have been signed last week when they were down. Your last is just a year after my last. I have as many now as one could wish for. We are opening our new Church today. Two Services. The living has not yet been sold".
