    Between i) Thomas Barber & Wm. Woodward, churchwardens Jn. Green, Edw. Sutton, Jn. Britain, overseers ii) Humphrey Keep, Caldecott, Northill, husbandman that (ii) will provde for the poor in the workhouse for one year for £120. The food is to include fresh meat for dinner 2 days a week; cheese with their bread for supper every night. (ii) is to provide also outrelief, medical attention except for lunatics, to pay for burial of decd. The poor persons in the house are to attend divine service every Sunday at Northill church or at some other place of worship. (ii) can set poor to work for him, but not before 6 a.m. or after 6 p.m. He can keep 2 cows on the village commons. The parish is to pay surgeons to treat broken bones.
