Mem. by Theed Pearse: the wall & iron railing of the Sessions House yard next the river & a considerable part of the wall dividing the Sessions House yard & the garden of the Rev. Thos Gadsby having been beaten down by an ice flood & ordered at the last quarter sessions to be repaired, the Rev. Dr.Hunt, a matistrate, Mr. Gadsby, Mr. Pearse the Clerk of the Peace, & Messrs. Wm. Berrill & Jos. Berrill the county bricklayers met on the spot. On perusal of the within deed it appeared that the description did not correspond with the actual measurements. List of actual measurements, with pencilled plan showing both (discrepancy varies 1-3').
