(ii) Jack Andrews, ironmonger; Richard Thomas Boughton, saddler; Henry John Fisher, postmaster; Robert Hoburn, solicitor; William Thomas Hulatt, tailor; William Staff Langston, professor of music; Harry Marshall, wheelwright; William McKay, draper; James McKay, draper; Francis Joseph Negus, butcher; William Henry Smith, solicitor and Frederic Baron Tanqueray, solicitor - all of Woburn, Beds.
Reciting:
- release of (a) dated 5th Oct 1847;
- (i) are the only surviving trustees of certain charity estate known as the Almshouses of Woburn and John Buttfield Hill wishes to be discharged of his duties.
Operative:
- (i) appoints (ii) as new trustees of (a).
