- (i) is a member of the said society, owns 15 shares and is entitled to receive in respect of these shares and out of the funds of the society the sum of £750 upon the execution of this mortgage.

- Mortgage from (i) to (ii) for £750. (i) conveys (a-c) to (ii) as security for repayment.

Habendum:
- Unto and to the use of (ii) subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption and certain trusts outlined.
