The Order is referred to the Master, and his report of 7 Mar 1834 (confirmed 11 Mar) certifies that EJHG is entitled to the 12,600 and the security on which it was invested [the land] and that it would benefit EJHG to apply to Parliament to bring in a Bill to enable the sale of the estates.
